Post-Secondary Transition is planning and preparing for one's future after high school while STILL in school. In this workshop participants will learn about the transition process for students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Also, the answers to the following questions and more:

  • What does Post-Secondary Transition mean?
  • When should planning begin for transition from school to adult world?
  • Who is involved in the transition process?
  • What does transition planning look like in the IEP?

This training is open to all families who want to learn about transition planning for students with IEPs and is high recommended for families of students in Middle School and High School.
